How we divide the work
In this industry, problems usually don't come from one step being done badly — they come from the handoff between steps. We split our 20-person team into four lines, and each line answers to the next: if the previous step didn't hand off clearly, the next step has the right to send it back.
Electrical design
Review the operating conditions, produce schematics and the cabinet layout, and specify components, wire gauges and wire numbering rules. No material is cut until the drawings are confirmed.
Sheet metal & structure
Laser cutting, bending, welding, painting, foam sealing. Cabinet dimensions and ingress protection (IP) rating are locked in at this step.
Assembly & Wiring
Component mounting, primary and secondary wiring, wire numbering and terminal crimping. Built to drawing, with self-inspection on every unit.
QC & testing
Incoming material verification, in-process inspection, and powered testing before shipment. Every unit goes through it — no sampling.
Shop-floor colleagues
Below are the colleagues on the shop floor. The team is still growing, so photos and names will be added as we go.

Photos are taken on the shop floor as-is. Use and authorization of personnel photos are governed by HR and the individual's agreement.
Who to contact for technical questions
For inquiries and drawings, go to Contact pageand we will route it to the right design or process colleague based on your application. If you want to meet people during a factory audit, just say so — Schedule an online factory auditand colleagues from design, assembly, and QC will all be there.
Team size, division of work, and staffing levels change with the production schedule; the photos on this page are only to show the shop-floor personnel composition, and do not represent any commitment regarding headcount.
