Packaging is selected by shipping method and product

Three main options: cartons, pallets, and wooden crates. Prototypes usually ship in wooden crates; volume cabinet orders ship on pallets with stretch wrap; loose spare parts ship in cartons.

• Cartons — spare parts and small items;
• Pallets + stretch wrap — standard for volume cabinet orders by road or sea;
• Fumigation-free wooden crates — for export prototypes and heavy cabinets; plywood contains no solid wood, so no fumigation certificate is required.

Three securing elements and cushioning

For LCL shipments we use bubble wrap + foam + dedicated securing hardware to ensure zero transport damage:

• Bubble wrap + foam — cushioning for surfaces and corners;
• Dedicated securing hardware — steel strapping and bolts inside the crate to prevent shifting;
• Shipping marks and packing list — every crate is labeled with shipping marks + a packing list for easy counting and import customs clearance.

Export logistics highlights

• Port of departure Hangzhou, shipping method and destination as agreed in contract;
• Local customs broker referral available, or DDP direct-to-warehouse arrangement;
• Documents included: contract, packing list, invoice, certificate of origin, test report (as needed).
