The table below covers 80% of factory distribution room cases. Anything outside it we can still build — those are engineered items, quoted separately, with an indicative price the same day.

Build details
Systems have been in service for decades, and the failure points are always the same few: poor busbar contact, water ingress at the door seal, high temperature rise in the correction cabinet, and mis-phased outgoing feeders. The six hard rules below are written for exactly these points — every cabinet can be traced to them.
19″ is non-negotiable
Every cabinet's 19″ mounting rails are checked hole by hole with a gauge fixture — half a millimeter off and the screw holes won't line up when you rack equipment, making the whole cabinet useless.
Perforated doors have to actually breathe
Perforated door open area is ≥70%, built to airflow-for-cooling standards. We don't make decorative sparse-mesh "vented doors."
No sagging under full equipment load
A 42U cabinet fully loaded with servers approaches its weight limit. Every unit is checked at 1.25× rated static load for rail deflection and door sag, so swapping equipment in the data center doesn't require re-evaluating the cabinet.
Cables pass, dust stays out
Top cable entries come with brushes or cover plates — cables pass through, dust stays behind. A detail that matters for dust control in the data center.
Cabinet rows line up straight
Bay joining bolts + locating pins tie the lineup together. Front face flatness across the row is held to ≤3 mm per 3 cabinets — the same tolerance discipline we apply to distribution cabinet rows.
Rails stay rust-free through equipment refresh cycles
Galvanized uprights (unpainted, with covered holes) — equipment can be racked and unracked repeatedly without exposed rust. Powder-coated uprights start chipping at the mounting holes after just two installs.

What is the standard for a 19-inch rack?
Mounting width 482.6 mm (19 inches), hole pattern per GB/T 3047.1 / EIA-310 modules. All standard servers, switches and patch panels are designed to this width — if the cabinet is non-standard, equipment won't rack.
How do I choose between a glass door and a perforated door?
For cooling priority (dense servers), choose a perforated door with ≥70% open area; for visibility (network cabinets, patch panels), choose a glass door. In high-density data centers, front perforated + rear perforated is common practice.
How much weight can a fully loaded 42U hold?
Static load is capped at 800 kg; a fully loaded 42U of 1U servers typically runs 400–600 kg. For higher density (fully loaded 2U four-socket servers), send us the equipment list and we'll calculate against actual weight before confirming the cabinet model.
How do I choose the depth?
600 mm is enough for network equipment + patch panels; choose 800 mm for cable slack with 1U/2U servers; choose 1000 mm for deep servers and long power cable coils. Better 200 mm too deep than cables pressing against the rear door.
Can it be used in a dusty shop floor environment?
Yes — add a washable dust filter plus positive-pressure fan configuration. In high-dust areas, a separate equipment room is recommended; the cabinet dust filter only mitigates, it does not isolate.
Can it be bayed with existing cabinets from other brands?
If the external dimensions match the 600 mm width standard, they can be bayed into a row. Send us the external dimensions of your existing cabinets and we'll verify before confirming the baying plan.
