Five steps to specify your run
A configuration summary is generated as you go. It travels with your inquiry, saving a round of confirmation.
Build details
Systems have been in service for decades, and the failure points are always the same few: poor busbar contact, water ingress at the door seal, high temperature rise in the correction cabinet, and mis-phased outgoing feeders. The six hard rules below are written for exactly these points — every cabinet can be traced to them.
One-piece formed corner post
The corner post is formed in a single pass on a CNC press brake, with no spliced weld seams — rigidity comes from the structure, not from weld points. This is the first process to inspect on an empty enclosure.
Weld seams that do not catch your hand
Frame corners are fully welded and ground point by point, so there is no weld spatter or burr to the touch; after coating, no visible depressions remain at the weld seams.
Half of coating life is decided before coating
Nine-stage tank pretreatment — degreasing, pickling, phosphating and conditioning — removes oil and oxide before coating, which is what gives the coating its adhesion (target: GB/T 9286 Class 1).
25 mm pitch
Mounting rails have a 25 mm hole pitch, so component positions can be adjusted on site — a design change does not mean re-drilling.
Uniform door gap compression
The door frame gasket is a continuous one-piece polyurethane foam seal with no breaks, and the three-point latch pulls the door shut evenly — that is what makes an IP54/IP65 rating hold up.
Cabinets that stand square
Cabinet diagonal error is checked on every unit. Out-of-tolerance cabinets produce crooked seams when lined up on site — this item does not pass inspection, so it does not ship.
Photos & enclosure construction
Below are photos taken in our own shop — from the complete unit down to the internal busbars and secondary wiring. Every build detail can be checked item by item.

Image key: 01–05 are shop photos (the numbers match the shot list). The line drawing shows the front elevation of the enclosure; dimensions match the specification table above.
Where these cabinets go
These are the routine applications — we can talk scheme and configuration directly. For the industry view, see the industry pages.
Control cabinet enclosure
Empty white-body enclosure for PLC / VFD panels; the customer installs components, or we supply it assembled.
Distribution cabinet enclosure
Enclosure fabrication for site distribution and building main boxes, punched to GGD / XL-21 configurations.
Re-shelling old cabinets
For retrofit projects where the internals are still good but the enclosure is corroded, we build a new cabinet to the original component layout.
Equipment guards
Machine guards and isolation screens for production lines, custom sheet metal built to drawing.
Outdoor enclosures
For outdoor locations such as pump houses and telecom base stations: hot-dip galvanized + dual coating + rain hood.
Volume OEM supply
Enclosures supplied with equipment makers' batch orders, punched and painted to drawing; volume pricing quoted separately.

Six questions procurement and electrical engineers ask most
Is the price difference between an empty enclosure and one with mounting accessories significant?
Mounting rails, base plates and grounding bars are standard accessories; adding them all comes to within about 20% of the enclosure price. For a fully assembled cabinet with components, we quote per the Group ①② complete-cabinet options. Send us your list and we will quote both on the same basis for comparison.
How do I choose between cold-rolled and galvanized sheet?
For dry indoor environments, cold-rolled sheet with paint is sufficient. For damp, condensing or mildly corrosive environments, specify galvanized sheet as the base material, then paint. For severe outdoor corrosion (coastal or chemical plant areas), we recommend going straight to 304 stainless steel or hot-dip galvanizing + dual coating.
Is a 1.5 mm door panel thick enough?
For doors carrying only pushbuttons and meters, 1.5 mm is sufficient. If a VFD, HMI or other heavy component is mounted on the door, we recommend 2.0 mm with support hinges, and the load rating recalculated.
Can you build to my existing drawings?
Yes. Send DXF / PDF drawings for a quote. Please mark sheet thickness, inside bend radius, hole dimensions and tolerances. For volume orders, production starts after first-article approval.
How many years will the outdoor coating last?
Hot-dip galvanizing + dual coating (epoxy primer + polyester topcoat) is controlled to a 10-year coating integrity basis under normal outdoor atmospheric exposure. For coastal and chemical plant areas we recommend stainless steel and a reduced warranty expectation — we will tell you that straight.
Can enclosure lead time be faster than 15 days?
Standard-size empty enclosures are stocked as semi-finished frames, with the fastest lead time of 7–10 days. Non-standard sizes and special coatings run the full process at 15–25 days. In peak season, the lead time confirmed after drawing approval governs.

When you write, include: single-line diagram or primary scheme, switch room layout, load list, and component brand requirements. You do not need complete drawings — capacity and cabinet type are enough to start.
