Build details
Systems have been in service for decades, and the failure points are always the same few: poor busbar contact, water ingress at the door seal, high temperature rise in the correction cabinet, and mis-phased outgoing feeders. The six hard rules below are written for exactly these points — every cabinet can be traced to them.
Battery compartment temperature control
Batteries generate heat. Battery compartment heat dissipation and temperature control are engineered to the battery type and capacity. Poor temperature control shortens battery life and compromises safety.
Fire suppression and BMS interlock
Smoke / heat detection with alarm plus a suppression device, interlocked with the BMS. Fire suppression in a BESS cabinet is a hard requirement, not an option.
Full outdoor protection
Outdoor BESS cabinets are built to IP65 to keep out rain and prevent condensation. On an outdoor cabinet, inadequate ingress protection damages both the batteries and the electrical components.
Battery and BMS integrated
Battery compartment, BMS, thermal management and fire suppression integrated as one unit, with factory acceptance testing before shipment. A BESS cabinet is a system integration, not just components in a box.
Multiple cabinets can be paralleled
Multiple BESS cabinets parallel for capacity expansion, with incoming/outgoing feeders and communications managed centrally. Configured flexibly to project capacity.
Built to project design
Capacity, battery type, incoming/outgoing feeders and communications are all built to the project design. BESS cabinets have no standard configuration — every unit is project-specific.

Do you make the batteries for your BESS cabinets?
We handle the cabinet integration for BESS cabinets: battery compartment, BMS, thermal management, fire suppression interlock and incoming/outgoing feeders are all installed and commissioned by us. Batteries and BMS are procured and configured to the project design; we are responsible for the cabinet and system integration.
How is fire suppression configured for a BESS cabinet?
Smoke / heat detection warning plus a suppression device, interlocked with the BMS. The fire suppression scheme is configured to project requirements and applicable codes — this is a hard requirement for BESS cabinets.
Are outdoor BESS cabinets waterproof?
Outdoor models are built to IP65, rain-proof and anti-condensation, with weather-resistant coating on the enclosure. Send us the installation environment and ingress protection requirements, and we will configure to suit.
What capacity can you build?
A single cabinet is typically 100–215 kWh; larger capacities use multiple cabinets in parallel. Send us the load demand and application, and we will work out the capacity scheme for you.
Can it work with solar PV and EV charging stations?
Yes. We build BESS cabinets for integrated PV + storage + charging, covering the power distribution and BESS cabinet integration for solar PV, battery energy storage and EV charging stations, customized to the project design.
What do you need for a quote?
Capacity requirement, battery type preference, installation environment (indoor/outdoor), application, and incoming/outgoing feeder and communication requirements. A project design is ideal; if you don't have one, we will develop a scheme from your requirements.
