Application Scenarios
Wastewater pump stations are characterized by scattered equipment, wide level swings and harsh pump duty — submersible sewage pumps seize or clog on a regular basis. The control panel has to solve three things: (1) stable level control — a continuous level transmitter and a float switch as dual redundancy, so a transmitter fault does not flood the station or let the pumps run dry; (2) balanced pump rotation — one duty / one standby or two duty / one standby, rotated by running hours so no single pump carries the load continuously; (3) remote visibility — stations are mostly underground or on the outskirts, and staffing them is expensive, so 4G pushes current, level and alarms to the operator's phone. Our pump station panels are configured around four elements — level, rotation, protection and remote — with leakage and temperature monitoring for wet-installed submersible sewage pumps, and an IP54 indoor or IP65 outdoor enclosure selected to the installation environment.
