Application Scenarios

Filter presses are common equipment in environmental, mining tailings and chemical sludge treatment, and the control panel has to solve three on-site problems: ① dusty, humid plant environments place high demands on enclosure protection; ② one filter press cycle covers feed, pressure holding, squeeze, reverse blow and cake discharge, with many interlock steps that are easy to get stuck on during commissioning; ③ batch projects run on tight schedules, and every day the panel arrives late pushes commissioning back a day. We have built packages for several filter press manufacturers and end users: outdoor 304 stainless steel enclosure + IP65 + complete PLC program (Siemens / Mitsubishi) + on-site commissioning support, configured to site conditions.
