Drone Base Station Distribution Cabinet Solutions: Operating Conditions, Cabinet Types and Custom Build Points
Application Scenarios
Drone nests are usually installed on rooftops, in the field or in a corner of a campus, and the power supply has four requirements: ① the charging circuit draws high power and starts and stops frequently, so protection and conductor sizing need generous margin; ② field environments have wide temperature swings and nighttime condensation, so enclosure sealing plus heating and dehumidification must keep up; ③ the nest runs fully unattended, so the distribution cabinet must support remote switching and status feedback; ④ the communication protocol with the nest's main controller must match. We build supporting power distribution for nest equipment manufacturers, customizing circuits and interfaces to their technical protocol, and run interface commissioning before shipment.
