Salt fog and moisture eat the cabinet from the outside in
Marine and car wash duty means constant salt fog and water spray. Powder-coated carbon steel with standard hardware starts rusting within six months, and the hinges and locks fail first.
The electrical drawings are still changing before mass production
One drawing change during prototyping means one cabinet change. Without drawing version control, it is easy to end up building to an outdated revision.
Documentation format does not match when shipping under your brand
OEMs need their own brand, title block and numbering rules. If the documentation format does not match, someone has to redo it by hand — and errors creep in.
Component lead times hold up the whole machine
A controller or drive has a 12-week lead time while the machine ships in 6. If it is not flagged early, the problem lands on final assembly.

Have you really built marine cabinets, car wash machines and extruders?
Yes — these are categories we have delivered. One clarification: for these we have no public customer site photos or project figures, so this page uses no images and no numbers — but salt-spray protection, moisture-proof construction and build-to-drawing practice can all be discussed around your equipment.
What special requirements apply to marine cabinets?
Mainly three things: material (316 or 304 with stainless steel hardware), sealing (IP65 foamed door gasket and gland plate), and mounting (vibration damping and fixing method). Classification society certification is filed by your side; we support with drawings, material and test documentation, and do not imply we hold classification society certification ourselves.
Can we send just an I/O list and have you design it?
Yes. Starting from the I/O list, motor parameters and process description, we first issue a schematic and layout drawing for your confirmation, then release material after confirmation.
How far can private-label delivery go?
Nameplate, silkscreen, documentation title block and numbering rules can all be yours; packaging is neutralized and can ship direct to your customer. Drawings and processes are not used externally as agreed.
How do you protect a car wash machine in such a wet environment?
IP65 sealed enclosure, sealed gland plate at the bottom, anti-condensation heater, ground fault protection configured as Type A or Type B (depending on whether a VFD is present), exposed hardware in stainless steel. The specific rating is set by your installation location.
MOQ and lead time?
MOQ 1 piece, volume production recommended at ≥5 pieces; 15–25 days after drawing confirmation, 98% on-time delivery rate. Prototypes and volume production can be scheduled in batches.
