Swing wheel sorting is a case of "fast mechanics, faster controls": ① wheel motion must stay precisely synchronized with conveyor speed — encoder feedback and electronic cam control; get the timing wrong and parcels divert to the wrong chute; ② high actuation frequency and a large output point count mean output devices are selected for high-cycle service life; ③ safety — maintenance access windows and photoelectric guards must be wired into the interlock. We build to the swing wheel OEM's control requirements, simulate the motion sequence in-house, and commission it on site together with the conveyor line.
