Sorting Line Control Cabinet Package: Operating Conditions, Cabinet Type & Custom Build Points
Application Scenarios
Sorting line control adds a layer of information on top of conveying: ① Speed — sorting sections run at high speed, so the VFD is selected for high-speed duty and acceleration/deceleration times are tuned on site. ② Communications — sorting commands come from the host system, so PLC-to-WCS communications (Ethernet / fieldbus) must be stable and the signal list aligned in advance. ③ Maintenance — an hour of sorting line downtime costs real money, so in-cabinet circuit identification, spare circuits and fault location indicators are all designed for fast troubleshooting. We build to the sorting equipment maker's technical requirements and verify the communications signal list point by point before the cabinet leaves the factory.
