Conveyor Line Control Cabinet Package: Operating Conditions, Cabinet Types & Custom Build Points
Application Scenarios
Three things drive conveyor line control: ① Sequential start/stop — start in reverse order of product flow and stop in forward order to prevent material pile-up; multi-section line speeds must match, with synchronized VFD speed regulation. ② Safety — emergency stop pull cords, belt misalignment and slip detection must be wired into hard interlocks. ③ Maintenance — sectional disconnect switches let you service one section without stopping the whole line. We build control cabinets for conveyor equipment manufacturers, configured by zone per the line layout drawing, and verify speed matching and interlocks section by section during on-site commissioning.
