Application Scenarios
Tower-internal hoists demand a high safety integrity level from their controls: (1) where the hoist carries personnel, the safety circuit must be redundant — multi-stage interlocks for limit, fall arrest and emergency stop, with immediate braking on any abnormal signal; (2) tower vibration and wind-induced sway are constant, so components need vibration-resistant mounting and terminals need anti-loosening treatment; (3) the temperature difference between nacelle and tower base is large (down to -30°C in northern winters), so components are selected for wide-temperature service; (4) call and status indication is required at both top and bottom. We build control cabinets for hoist manufacturers, working to their safety circuit drawings, with full-cabinet functional testing before shipment.
