Application Scenarios
An ORC (organic Rankine cycle) generator set control cabinet does three main jobs: (1) heat source side (geothermal / industrial waste heat / solar) parameter acquisition and unit start/stop control; (2) valve and pump coordination for the working fluid loop; (3) grid-tie inverter and grid-tie protection. These cabinets are common in geothermal power plants, industrial waste heat recovery projects, and CSP demonstration sites. The control cabinet is built to IEC 61439 and grid interconnection standards, with components configured to the heat source and grid conditions; for skid-mounted applications the enclosure is built to skid dimensions, with transport vibration and on-site lifting conditions accounted for in advance.
