Urea Separation Unit Control Cabinet Solutions: Operating Conditions, Cabinet Types & Custom Build Points
Application Scenarios
Urea separation is a classic combination of sequence control and temperature control: ① the separation process switches valves and equipment step by step, with long timing logic and many steps, so commissioning has to be checked step by step; ② temperature control accuracy affects separation performance, so heating circuits and control valves must be matched; ③ the workshop has an ammonia atmosphere and dust, so cabinet sealing and terminal corrosion protection are required. We program to the unit's process step table, simulate and test the steps and interlocks in the cabinet before shipment, and support on-site commissioning with material.

The above are cabinet and structural illustrations, not photos of a specific project; for similar operating conditions we can arrange a video walkthrough of cabinets in production on the shop floor.
