Air Separation Unit Control Cabinet Solutions: Operating Conditions, Cabinet Types & Custom Build Points
Application Scenarios
Air separation is a continuous process plant, so the key requirement for the control cabinets is stability: (1) parameters across multiple stages are cross-linked (temperature, pressure, purity, flow), which means a high I/O count and a wide mix of signal types; (2) interlocking requirements are demanding — when a parameter goes out of range, the process must switch or shut down automatically per the contingency plan, and the interlock diagram must be checked line by line with the process engineering team; (3) the plant runs in long continuous campaigns, so component reliability class and redundancy are evaluated against the cost of downtime. We supply instrumentation and control cabinets for air separation units: signal isolation, interlock logic executed line by line against the interlock diagram, redundant configuration on critical loops, and support for DCS interfacing.
