Industrial HVAC Control Panel Solutions: Operating Conditions, Panel Types & Custom Build Points
Application Scenarios
Industrial HVAC control is typically a multi-equipment coordination task: ① Start/stop sequencing — the compressor, supply fan and exhaust damper must follow a defined order; the wrong sequence can damage equipment. ② Dual temperature and humidity control — the interaction between cooling/dehumidification and heating/humidification; PID tuning determines the accuracy of constant temperature and humidity. ③ In cleanroom applications, interlocking with fresh air and differential pressure is also required. We build control panels for HVAC unit manufacturers: sequencing and protection configured to the unit manufacturer's requirements, split-range temperature and humidity control, and support for remote centralized monitoring.
