Why building distribution cabinet problems show up at closeout
Building power distribution is not technically difficult, but the problems rarely come from the technology: circuit IDs that do not match, incomplete documentation, circuits changed on site, details flagged at acceptance. These four are what we get called in for most often.
Circuit IDs do not match the actual wiring
Sticker labels fall off, handwritten tags are illegible, circuits get changed later but the drawing does not. Acceptance and future maintenance both come down to testing one circuit at a time — half a day of downtime just to trace.
The site environment damages the cabinet before it is even energized
Dust, rain and impact during construction are far harsher than in service. If the ingress protection (IP) rating and locks are not chosen for site conditions, the cabinet is already damaged by the time permanent power goes in.
Temporary power and permanent cabinets get mixed together
A smart construction box has to meet temporary power codes and still be reusable from site to site. A box built as a one-time item is scrap after two projects.
Documentation cannot be handed over, acceptance stalls
Miss any one of the circuit schedule, test report or packing list and the whole acceptance waits. That kind of rework costs far more than the cabinet itself.

04 Factory testing
Every unit gets a powered functional test + 2500 V·1 min withstand + ground continuity + IP sampling.
05 Dispatch & acceptance
Finished-cabinet photos and routine test records before dispatch; the full documentation pack travels with the cabinet so commissioning can start on arrival.

Have you actually built distribution cabinets for residential and commercial buildings?
Yes — it is one of our delivered categories. One note: for this category we have no customer site photos or project figures we can publish, so the page uses no images and no numbers — but the build practice, circuit configuration and documentation standards are all open to your requirements, and references can be discussed separately.
Can the circuit schedule and markings follow our standards?
Yes. Markings use laser-engraved tags and asset numbers; numbering rules, font and language are set to your standard. The as-built schematic matches what is physically in the cabinet — change a circuit and the drawing is updated with it.
How many sites can a smart construction box be reused across?
It is built for reuse: reinforced enclosure, replaceable locks, caster base, rainproof construction. The actual number of moves depends on how it is used on site — we do not invent a figure — but the structure is made for repeated assembly and disassembly.
Can you include metering and remote reading?
Yes. Per-branch current transformers plus a metering module, Modbus RTU or Ethernet interface to your energy platform, with the register map delivered with the cabinet.
Can we specify the component brands?
Yes. We commonly use Schneider, ABB, Siemens and Chint, and can also purchase to your specified brands; lead time and price differences are stated clearly at the quotation stage.
MOQ and lead time?
MOQ 1 piece, ≥5 pieces recommended for volume; 15–25 days after drawing approval, 98% on-time delivery. Full projects can be delivered in batches by floor or by contract section.
