Customization & Design
Do you provide a catalog and price list for standard products?
Catalog available: the GGD series selection manual can be obtained atDownload Centerdirectly; for other series, request the catalog by email. Because about 98% of our products are customized to customer requirements, there is no unified price list; reference pricing is available for standard models.
How can I quickly get a rough cost estimate?
Use our inquiry checklist (XLSX, 15 items). Check or fill in the relevant options and send it back, and we can calculate an approximate cost. The checklist can be downloaded atDownload Center.
How do I choose the cabinet structure, component brands and cabinet material?
It mainly depends on the application and environment. For structure, outdoor cabinets usually need a rain hood, and wall-mounted installation requires brackets; for material, balance the environment against cost — 316L stainless steel is recommended for highly corrosive environments such as coastal areas, while powder-coated cold-rolled steel offers the best value indoors; for components, choose Schneider, ABB, Siemens, Chint or a customer-specified brand based on reliability and budget (subject to engineering confirmation).
Do you provide drawing design services? Can you build to my drawings?
Both. Our engineers can design from scratch to your requirements, or build to your drawings; for build-to-drawing projects we first review the drawings and suggest changes to details that are not production-friendly. Drawings (mainly CAD and SolidWorks formats) are provided free of charge before production.
Is there an extra design fee for custom electrical cabinets?
No. Drawings and design are free — we value the long-term partnership more.
Besides standard cabinets, what other customization services do you offer?
Three types: BOM customization (in-cabinet components selected to the scheme for the best cost-performance), structural customization (dimensions and structure designed around actual use requirements), and appearance customization (cabinet color to RAL standard colors, logo screen printing as needed).
Compliance & Standards
What ingress protection (IP) rating can your products achieve?
Standard products ship with third-party IP rating test reports; for custom products, the actual structure can be sent to a third-party lab for a dedicated report. For how to choose a rating, seeIP Rating Conversion Guide.
Can you provide electrical cabinets compliant with CE and UL standards?
For CE (LVD + EMC) we hold certified scope and the certificates can be verified; for UL, the path and feasibility must be confirmed with our engineering team from the early selection stage — we make no claims for certifications whose original documents we do not hold.
Which safety certifications do your products comply with?
Domestic switchgear assemblies are subject to mandatory certification (CQC, China Quality Certification Centre), and we undergo a CQC factory audit every year. See the certification wall and scope of coverage atCertifications & Qualifications page.
Lead Times, Samples & Ordering
What are the lead times for mass production and for samples?
After drawings and details are confirmed, mass production lead time is 15–25 days, with an on-time delivery rate of 98%; rush orders can be scheduled by negotiation with a reasonable expediting fee. For samples: enclosure samples are usually 3–7 days, complete electrical cabinet prototypes 7–30 days, and drawing design 2–5 days.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Do you provide free samples?
Orders start from 1 unit, with no hard MOQ; 5 units or more is recommended for mass production. Because our products are non-standard and high-value, samples are arranged after the cooperation plan is confirmed.
Packaging, Logistics & Export
What packaging options do you offer?
We select packaging based on the shipping method and product characteristics: cartons, pallets, or wooden crates; prototype units usually ship in wooden crates. For LCL shipments, cabinets are secured with bubble wrap, foam, and dedicated fixtures to ensure zero damage in transit.
Can wooden packaging enter my country? Does it need fumigation?
All our wooden packaging uses fumigation-free plywood. It contains no solid wood, so no fumigation certificate is required and customs clearance proceeds without issue.
Can you ship flat-pack to save on freight?
Cabinets of different sizes can sometimes be nested to save container space; however, given the complexity and safety requirements of electrical cabinet assembly, we do not offer flat-pack shipment of unassembled parts.
Where is the port of departure? Can you help with shipping and customs clearance?
The port of departure is Hangzhou. If you are not familiar with the import process, we can recommend a local customs broker to assist, or arrange direct delivery to your warehouse; export shipping details are handled per the contract.
Quality & Partnership
Do you supply electrical accessories and mounting hardware?
Yes. Fan covers, cabinet lighting, various brackets, and fasteners can all be supplied together with the cabinets.
How do you ensure product quality? Is there a warranty period?
We welcome pre-shipment factory inspections and testing, and we provide product photos and videos for confirmation; all products carry a 1-year warranty. Every unit undergoes 100% powered testing before leaving the factory.
I'd like to learn more about your capabilities — can I visit the factory?
You are welcome to. Online factory audits or on-site visits can be scheduled at any time; for long-term partners, we also make regular follow-up visits.
