- Wire marking: automated wire marking machine, printed wire by wire against the secondary drawing;
- Color coding: per GB 7947 (yellow-green = PE, light blue = N, yellow / green / red = L1 / L2 / L3);
- Crimping: hydraulic and electric tools set to nominal torque, with pull tests on critical terminals;
- Routing: straight runs, large-radius bends at corners, neatly bundled.
