Welding: the backbone of cabinet strength
The cabinet frame carries its load mainly through its welds. TIG and MIG welding are used in combination; after welding, visual and air-tightness inspections are performed, and stainless steel cabinets always receive weld pickling and passivation to restore corrosion resistance.

What must be done after welding
- Visual: welds uniform, with no undercut, slag inclusion or cracks;
- Air-tightness: cabinet corners and door frame seals re-tested after assembly;
- Passivation: stainless steel welds pickled and passivated to restore corrosion resistance.
