What to confirm before blanking
- Material (cold-rolled / hot-dip galvanized / 304 / 316) and sheet thickness are clearly marked on the drawing;
- Nesting layout (sheet utilization) and burr direction (affects bending and appearance);
- Identification for transfer to the next process (part number, batch, error-proofing).
