Control Cabinet Factory: 5,000 sqm Workshop, Every Unit Power-Tested Before Shipment
Factory at a Glance
Note on figures: the company restarted operations in 2020, with manufacturing built on 30 years of family experience; "300+ customers" is a cumulative figure. For qualifications and certificates, see theCertifications & Qualifications page.

In-process inspection and factory acceptance testing
A cabinet is not done just because assembly is finished. Components are inspected on arrival, assemblies are spot-checked during production, and the complete unit is powered up and tested before shipment — all three gates are documented.

Inspection records can ship with the order (redacted version). Ask us for the template.
Shipping and packaging
Export orders come with hard packaging requirements: load-bearing wood pallets, carton stacking, stretch film for water resistance, and proper internal cushioning. Below are our actual packing stations and finished-goods packaging.

Photos are watermarked with our own brand (the originals carry it). Packaging specifications can be executed to customer requirements.
Equipment & Accuracy: Let the Numbers Speak
| Equipment / Process | Purpose | Capability and Accuracy Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Laser Cutting | Sheet Metal Cutting | Equipment positioning accuracy ±0.03mm; process-guaranteed tolerance ±0.1–0.2mm |
| CNC bending | Enclosure forming | Diagonal tolerance after bending ≤1.5mm |
| Busbar processing machine | Busbar cutting / punching / bending | Busbar temperature rise after assembly ≤70K |
| Hydraulic crimping equipment | Primary wiring terminal crimping | Torqued to nominal value and marked for anti-loosening |
| Automatic wire stripping / bending machine | Secondary wiring harness pre-fabrication | Wiring accuracy inside the cabinet: 99.8% |
| Electrostatic powder coating line | Surface treatment | Film thickness 60–80μm, cured at 200℃ × 30min |
"Advanced equipment" means nothing; tolerances are the commitment. The table above reflects how the factory actually works: equipment nominal accuracy and process-guaranteed tolerance are listed separately — the first is machine capability, the second is a delivery commitment.
Factory testing: every unit, no sampling
| Test item | Basis |
|---|---|
| Energized functional test | Every unit is energized; each circuit is verified against the secondary drawing |
| Power frequency withstand voltage test | 2500V / 1min |
| Grounding continuity | Grounding resistance ≤4Ω |
| Insulation resistance | Performed and recorded to GB/T 7251 |
| Record archiving | Test records delivered with the as-built documentation package |
Test records don't stay at the factory — they ship with the as-built documentation package, so you have documentation for on-site commissioning and future maintenance.
Factory audit process: four steps to schedule
- ① Booking — email or message us on WhatsApp with the number of visitors and what you would like to see; for a live factory tour, just book a slot in advance;
- ② Route confirmation — Standard route: incoming materials → sheet metal → coating → assembly & wiring → factory test area; can be customized to your focus areas;
- ③ On-site verification — Original certificates, quality records, and test processes are all available to inspect and question;
- ④ Pre-shipment review — If you can't visit, we provide photos and video of the entire batch before shipment, or arrange third-party inspection.
FAQ: Factory audits
Factory audits
Can we visit or audit the factory?
Welcome. You can book either an on-site factory audit or a live video audit; we also make regular follow-up visits to long-term customers. An audit can cover the incoming materials area, production floor, final testing, and finished goods warehouse.
What can you see during a factory audit?
Sheet metal operations (laser cutting, bending, welding), the coating line, assembly and wiring stations, the final test area (100% powered test, dielectric and grounding tests), plus original certificates and quality records.
How do we confirm cargo condition before shipment?
Photos and videos of the goods are provided for confirmation before shipment; third-party inspection can also be arranged per contract. Packaging uses fumigation-free plywood crates; for LCL consolidated shipments, bubble wrap, foam and dedicated fixtures are used.
Nine processes, in sequence
- Structural designFrom functional requirements to production drawings
- Laser CuttingSheet metal cutting, process tolerance ±0.1–0.2mm
- BendingCabinet diagonal error ≤1.5mm
- WeldingTIG/MIG, passivation of stainless steel welds
- Powder coatingFilm thickness 60–80μm, cured at 200℃×30min
- Foam sealingThis is what makes IP65 / IP66 hold up in practice
- Component installationSix-step process, torque 30–40 N·m
- Internal wiringWiring accuracy 99.8%, color coding per GB 7947
- Enclosure assemblyDoor gap 1.5–2.5mm, gasket restored without creasing
Cabinet interior cleanup and tidy-up
Once components are mounted and wiring is complete, the cabinet interior still has to be cleaned up: route and straighten the wire bundles, put the wire duct covers back on, and leave no debris inside the cabinet. This step directly affects on-site commissioning and future maintenance.

On-site service
Shipping the cabinet is not the end of the job. We go on site to handle wiring checks, troubleshooting, and retrofit wiring at the customer's facility.
